When you use the contact/quote form on our website or contact us by phone or email, the following may be processed: your full name, phone number, email address and any information you share in your message (e.g. address, details of your premises).

3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases

• Responding to your requests and questions and preparing quotes (KVKK Art. 5/2-c: establishment or performance of a contract).
• Planning and carrying out site surveys, projects and installation work (Art. 5/2-c).
• Fulfilling legal obligations; invoices and commercial records (Art. 5/2-ç).
• Sending commercial electronic messages, where you have given your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

4. Transfers

Your personal data may be shared — only to the extent the service requires — with cargo/logistics companies, accounting advisers and the competent authorities, in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention Period

Data is retained for the periods prescribed by the applicable legislation (e.g. the statutory retention periods for commercial books and invoice records); where no such period exists, it is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction of your data, object to results produced against you by analysis through automated systems, and claim compensation if you suffer damage. You may submit your requests to info@emrkoruma.com or in writing to our company address; applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies other than for essential technical functions, and it contains no third-party advertising cookies that track visitors. The map display service (Google Maps) is subject to its own cookie policy.
